 Allow us to come take care of those dirty exterior windows. Prices are based on a minimum of 20 panes of glass.  Ask about adding on interior window cleaning. 

 Exterior Pressure Washing 

 Make your home look new again!  We carefully pressure wash all the grime and dirt off the siding of your home. 

 Gutter Cleaning Service 

 Keep your gutters and downspouts clear and in good working order.  Priced per foot of gutter.

 Moss Removal 

 Help your roof last longer!  Moss buildup can raise the shingles and promote water buildup which makes the roof at risk of rotting and leaking.

 Our team members will determine what fertilizer will help bring your lawn back to life, whether it is lacking in strong roots, strength or beautiful long blades of green grass. Lawn fertilization is recommended every spring, summer and fall. Prices are based on size of property.

 Help your lawn be as full and lush as possible with our spring and fall lawn aeration service. 

 Yard Spring/Fall Clean Up 

 Have your yard looking clean and ready for the summer season or prepared for the snow.  This includes leaf gathering and removal, power raking and aeration.

 Stay cozy and warm inside while we take care of the snow.  Prices vary depending on drive way and sidewalk size. 

 Home Security Checks 

 All British Columbia home insurance policies require regular home checks. Make sure claims of theft, fires and/or other unforeseen incidents are fully covered by acquiring our services. (be sure to check your policy for specifics) 

 Cabin Readiness/Winterization 

 In the Spring we can open up your cabin, set up patio furniture, check your irrigation lines and clean up the beach.  Come Fall we can blow out your irrigation lines, put away outdoor furniture and make sure your property is ready for the snow.
